Priscilla’s Pet Emporium & Parlour is proudly 100% locally owned and operated in Edmonton, Alberta, and was lovingly named after our very own Italian Greyhound, Priscilla.

From premium foods and wholesome treats to professional grooming and carefully selected groomers, everything we carry is chosen with your pet’s health, comfort, and happiness in mind.

CANCELLATION POLICY
About the event
To help us provide the best service to all of our clients and their pets, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments that are missed (no-shows) or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep our schedule running smoothly for all of our valued clients. 🐾
PET PICK UP POLICY
To ensure the comfort and safety of every pet in our care, we kindly ask that pets be picked up within 30 minutes of their grooming appointment being completed.
As Priscilla’s Pet Emporium & Parlour is a kennel-free facility, timely pick-ups help us maintain a calm and safe environment for both pets and our grooming team.
Pets that are not picked up within the 30-minute window may be subject to a supervision (“babysitting”) fee starting at $20.
